Excellent customer service

After ordering cones from Kansla. I was initially not sure about the scent when it was lit… I did mention that I wasn’t happy with the cones. However, kansla immediately contacted me to resolve this. They have an excellent customer service base, who are willing to go above and beyond to help their customer. Would be very happy to try a different set of cones next time with a different scent.

Mixture of amazing scents!

This is a refill purchase and I am delighted with the quality of these cones and the wonderful scents. They have a long burn time and give off a an amazing scent, which is rich and opulent.
Far superior to any other cones I have tried.

Perfect!

Got both palo santo /cypress and cashmere/oak refill. Beautiful scents and the smell last for a long time after as well. My daughter loves them as much as I do!

I would also like thank customer service. They have gone above and beyond for me as I did not receive my order in time. Not only did they reply to me pretty much instantly, they were quick to check where my parcel was and why it was delayed but they also sent me another parcel on the same day as an apology for my first parcel arriving late. Not their fault at all as it’s a busy time and postage was slower than normal. I really do appreciate how quick their responses were. Again thank you very much !
